Oh no...;_; that really sucks...I accidently did the same thing once with a Leeke wig and it upset me so bad, because the wig was unused for about a month from the day I got it, but somehow it bent into a weird shape. But when I tried to fix it the water became BOILING hot and it turned into a total rat's nest. :/ Luckily though, I managed to fix it with some extreme effort, using a thin hair pick and leave-in conditioner. The wig was in a straight style, so it came out fine. But for a wig that's cut a certain way or styled...I'm not sure if that method would work so well. ;A;

Yeah same thing just happened to me *sigh*. Maybe I will give it to you and in any spare time you have where you feel well enough you can try.. because at this point im ready to chop it up and scream or start dreading it *sigh*. I've been trying for 3 hours... and still bad.

It's one of those wigs that are styled like a j mullet almost but have straight bangs.

Hmm, I'm not sure how a jmullet would come out, but if you want I can give it a try. My roomie Holly is a fucking WIZ at hair, she completely undreaded LOCKED dreads before, so she might be able to help, too.
