I'll be attending the first ever Tumblr convention here in Chicagoland area :). Is anyone going? I hope to see some wonderful artwork there! Come look for my table! I'm debating on getting a paid membership again.. why? Not so sure. Perhaps to use it as incentive to start using DA more often again and consistently challenge more posting to make it worth it. Lately I've felt as if I'm on a bit of a downward spiral in terms of believing in myself and my work. There's been a rather bad turn of very sad upsetting events this year early on.. and I think it's really been off putting to me. Anyone have good ways about suggesting how to learn coloring skills? I'm no good at playing with colors and seriously want to learn so badly. I know I just need to get up and go to art school but I was hoping perhaps someone had some suggestions? I can't help but feel all my colors always seem so washed out. For a while I'm just going to go back to black and white/ ink work and pencil.
